DEA Agent Bobby Trench is asked to investigate NCIS operative Marcus Stigman, who is supposedly stealing money from the mob. Simultaneously, Stigman is asked to gather evidence on Trench for the same crime. Once the two men discover they have been given similar covert missions, they surmise the CIA is setting them both up for a spectacular fall.
