Green Day to play Wembley June 2010
- Manchester and Paris also feature in short stadium tour

GREEN DAY have announced their first appearance at Wembley stadium will be next summer.
The sold-out success of the American Idiot band's recent nights at the O2 are thought to have help persuade Billie Joe and co. to return to London next June, when they will also play open air gigs at the Old Trafford cricket ground and Parc des Princes, in Paris.
By the time the Wembley show comes around, on 19 June 2010, it will be five years since the last open air Green Day concert on these shores. That 2005 event was at the Milton Keynes National Bowl.
Tickets for all three 2010 stadium gigs go on sale this coming Friday, 6 November.
