Comedian Tom Binns, the man behind hospital DJ Ivan Brackenbury and psychic Ian D Montfort, writes and stars in a madcap one-man pantomime, playing Buttons, who is left to carry the show after the rest of the cast are furloughed.
Despite the difficulties facing panto this year one man is single handedly trying to keep the magic alive. Comedian Tom Binns (aka Hospital DJ Ivan Brackenbury ) has written, produced and stars in 'Buttons - the one-man pantomime' Ten minutes into what should have been Cinderella, Buttons realises he's on his own as the rest of the cast have been furloughed. (He missed the memo cause hadn't bothered to go to the rehearsals).The star-studded cast from the cancelled panto (kids will know them from CBBC) make a surprise appearance on video call but Buttons is left to carry the show.
