Miami police detective Mike Lowrey barely survives a ride-by shooting perpetrated by a motorcycle assassin. When he recovers from his injuries, Mike hungers for revenge. Long-time partner and best friend Marcus Burnett, who has just retired from the force, warns Mike against playing judge, jury and executioner. His wise counsel falls on deaf ears and Mike goes to war flanked by a team of fresh-faced recruits called AMMO led by his old flame Rita.

She is told that the only way they can file a harassment suit against CEO Roger Ailes is to unearth other women in the company who have suffered similar abuse. Gretchen moves forward with her lawsuit in the hope that other staff at Fox will show solidarity. Commentator and anchor Megyn Kelly contemplates joining the legal action.
