Dodi Fayed was bedding his ex-lover by night and wooing Britain’s Princess Diana by day, the princess’ inquest heard yesterday (06.02.08).

A transcript of a final phone call between Kelly Fisher and Dodi about two weeks before he and Diana died in a Paris car crash in August 1997 was read to the jury at London’s High Court.

In the foul-mouthed phone call, the underwear model raged: “You even flew me down to St. Tropez to sit on a boat while you seduced Diana all day and f***ed me all night.”

Fisher also said she believed she and Dodi – whose relationship with Diana was revealed when they were photographed on holiday in St. Tropez, in the south of France – were engaged and accused him of abandoning her for the princess.

At one point she was heard saying: “You told me you didn’t even like her… why do you suddenly like her?”

Throughout the call, claim and counter-claim were thrown about who cheated on the other first, and she branded Dodi a “liar” while he called her “crazy” and “hysterical”.

During the telephone conversation, Dodi refused to discuss the question of engagement. Fisher also claimed Dodi’s father Mohamed Al Fayed – who says Diana was being bugged by the security services – was taping his own son’s telephone calls and Dodi didn’t dispute it.

Diana and Dodi were killed on August 31, 1997, after their car crashed into pillar 13 of Paris’ Pont d’Alma tunnel, also killing their driver Henri Paul.

Mohamed Al Fayed has always maintained the couple were killed by the British establishment because they were about to announce their engagement and Diana was pregnant.
