14th – 21st June is National Homeopathic Awareness week and to celebrate we’ve teamed up with natural healthcare specialists Nelsons to give you the chance to win a goodie bag full of homeopathic remedies worth £40.

With a summer of sport soon to get underway, this year’s National Homeopathy Awareness Week is focusing on sporting health. Inspired by our nation’s heroes, people all over the country will be getting active, with over 14 million of us taking part in sports activities at least once a week. However, research from natural healthcare specialists Nelsons has found that nearly half of people have suffered a sprain during exercise or sport while muscular aches and sprains have prevented 53% of people from taking part in a physical activity.

To help raise awareness of natural remedies, including the highly popular Arnica, used by the likes of sporting legends, Linford Christie and Jane Torvill, Nelsons are sending a bus across London to educate people to the benefits of homeopathy.

Make sure you visit the Nelsons Homeopathic Pharmacy on Duke St, opposite Selfridges, Oxford St on Saturday 16 June as they will be offering free mini consultations and samples of Nelsons products. The first 100 people through the doors will also receive a free goodie bag filled with homeopathic remedies [Including Nelsons tea tree cream, Nelsons arnica cooling gel, Nelsons evening primrose cream, natural iron supplements, Rescue pastilles and Rescue night remedy] so make sure you get there early!
