To perform at the Stephen Lawrence memorial concert at the O2 on 29 September, along with Ed Sheeran, Tinie Tempah and Soul II Soul, among with many others. Lawrence was the victim of a racist murder in Eltham in 1993. ‘I was quite young when it happened,’ said Sande. ‘Coming from a mixed race family, it had a big impact.’
