His unique images are created by drawing movement with light on long camera exposures using LEDs, glowsticks, bike lights and keyring torches.

The effect is like three dimensional graffiti – ephemeral sculptures in urban environments at dusk and dawn.

The free exhibition will be open for the duration of the Wandsworth Arts Festival (May 8 – 24), Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm at The Old Sweet Shop, 11 Brookwood Road, SW18.

Joe will be at the venue at 6.45 pm, Monday 18 May to talk about his practice and the ideas explored in the Light Lines exhibition.

The artist will also be holding two Drawing with Light workshops at Tara Studios, 356 Garratt Lane, SW18 on Saturday 23 May, from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.

Participant will discover how to use LEDs and long camera exposures to create unique digital images. Tickets cost £5 and booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
