There are more than 3000 wine growers in France. Less than three percent of these growers are shunning codes and restrictions to follow environmentally friendly farming practices and organic methods of wine production. These so-called rebels are part of a counter-culture that believes in marrying taste and sustainability. This documentary spends one year in the company of some of these biodynamic wine growers, following the journey from harvest to bottle.
