Walk With Me + Q&A (PG)

A documentary about the Buddhist meditation centre in Plum Village, located in the Dordogne in south-west France, which is overseen by one of its founders, Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. This monastic community is dedicated to mindfulness and meaningful contemplation. Capturing day-to-day life in this secluded enclave with minimum intrusion, the film observes the rituals of monks and nuns, whose pursuit of happiness differs greatly from the materialistic outside world.
