A kaleidoscopic pot pourri of waking dreams, which bleed into each other. The film opens with a faux instructional short entitled How To Take A Bath and slowly unravels to flit between the misadventures of a doomed submarine crew, a famous bone surgeon, a battalion of plucky child soldiers and a fearsome pack of forest bandits.
