Documentary filmmaker and prominent political activist Srbijanka Turajlic delivers a first-hand account of Serbia, told largely from the Belgrade apartment where her family has lived for generations. The apartment was divided in two on the orders of the communist government and a door leading to the other rooms has remained locked ever since. In the interim, there has been civil war, the breakup of Yugoslavia and revolution, but the sanctity of the divided home has remained intact for over 70 years.
