Self-destructive FBI agent Terry Husk arrives in 1980s Idaho to investigate a potential link between a series of bank robberies and the antisemitic, white supremacist group led by Richard Butler. Local police officer Jamie Bowen doesn't believe the heists are carried out by members of the Aryan Nations but he offers to assist Husk and fellow FBI agent Joanne Carney with their enquiries. Evidence leads to an offshoot of the Aryan Nations called The Order controlled by Bob Mathews.
