Plucky tomboy Makoto prefers to hang out with her pals Chiaki and Kousuke than associate with the simpering girls at her high school. She's incredibly intelligent, when she chooses to apply herself, but sometimes falls victim to poor organisation. By chance, Makoto discovers the ability to quite literally leap back and forth in time, allowing her to manipulate the past in order to produce an altered present.
