To marks it 40th anniversary boldly going where no sci-fi drama had gone before, the director's cut of the second chapter of Admiral James T Kirk's big screen adventures returns to selected cinemas. Admiral Kirk is on routine training manoeuvres when an old adversary, Khan, resurfaces. The sadistic renegade and his followers steal a top-secret device codenamed Project Genesis with the potential to unleash catastrophe across the galaxy.
