Pickpocket Kei and his crew Bo, Mac and Sak are experts at lifting wallets from unsuspecting tourists. They ply their trade on the streets of Hong Kong, where Kei often fills the lulls in his day by photographing passersby on a vintage camera. The entire crew falls under her spell of the alluring Chung Chun-lei but she lavishes her affections on Kei and he agrees to help her pull off a daring sting on the powerful sugar daddy, Mr Fu.
