Dr Gordon and photographer Adam wake to find themselves chained to opposite sides of a darkened room, in the middle of which lies the decaying body of a man who appears to have shot himself. The two strangers soon realise they are the latest victims of a deranged serial killer known as “Jigsaw”. More than that, their abductor leaves behind a sickening series of clues to their predicament, which reveals that Dr Gordon and Adam are participants in a deadly game of life and death, which only one of them can survive.
