Socially awkward 17 year-old high school student Charles is mercilessly bullied at school because of a physical impairment. When Charles’ teacher Mr Sullivan announces a photography contest at school, the teenager can’t decide where to train his lens. He is drawn to an 18 year-old prostitute called Vickie, who operates out of a dingy motel room close to the truck stop and is repeatedly terrorised by her crazy pimp, Skid.
