Thirty years after German doll maker Andre Toulon committed a series of ritualistic murders, morbid collectors congregate at a Texas hotel to trade in memorabilia connected to the culprit. Divorced comic book store worker Edgar Easton arrives with his boss Markowitz and friend Ashley Summers to sell a creepy doll, which he found among his brother’s belongings. His puppet magically brings to life the other dolls at the convention and these pint-sized antagonists go on a sickening murder spree.
