Handsome teenager Jim feels unfulfilled by his life in Essex and he is eventually seduced by the bright lights of London. On his first night in the heaving bosom of Soho, Jim is robbed and left penniless in a city he doesn’t know. He is forced to sleep in a cardboard box with a homeless boy, who suggests that Jim should befriend a group of male escorts known as The Raconteurs. These beautiful creatures are united by their love of art and Jim ingratiates himself into their inner circle.
