Omar is a baker, who is head over heels in love with Nadja, the younger sister of his good friend Tarek. Determined to take fate into their own hands, Omar and Tarek hatch a plan with Amjad to kill an Israeli soldier. The trio completes the grim task with Amjad pulling the trigger. The following day, Israelis detain Omar and they beat him. Agent Rami tells Omar that his only means of escape from future interrogations is to serve up his best friend Tarek.
