In a top secret facility located far from prying eyes, a group of scientists led by Dr Simon Ziegler create a superhuman child called Morgan in the laboratory by tampering with the laws of nature. Their creation grows so quickly, she is talking and walking after just one month. As a young adult, Morgan, is both an object of fear and wonder to the scientists.
