In a remote Latin American mountaintop location, eight teenage commandos carry out the orders of The Messenger, which include guarding a prisoner Doctora and caring for a milk cow named Shakira. The youngsters refer to each other by snappy nom de plumes: Bigfoot, Boom-Boom, Dog, Lady, Rambo, Smurf, Swede and Wolf. Following a surprise ambush, the teenage guerrillas lick their wounds in the jungle and bonds that previously held them together as a unit begin to fray.
