A provocative documentary about Holocaust survivor Misha Defonseca and her extraordinary childhood, which she detailed in her 1997 book Surviving With Wolves. Defonseca claims that her parents were arrested by the Nazis and she was taken in by a kind family, who gave her a new identity to protect her from persecution as a Jew. Despite the obvious danger, she searched the streets for her missing parents and found sanctuary with a pack of wolves.
