Rob intends to propose to his girlfriend to kickstart a magical Christmas but his plans fall apart in spectacular style. Jen is similarly heartbroken as snow begins to fall on the remote Scottish town of Fort William. Thrown together on Christmas Eve more than 100 miles from their families, Rob and Jenny team up to get home for the holidays.
