Late Autumn (PG)

Akiko is a widow living in Tokyo, who dearly wishes that her grown-up daughter, Ayako, would find a husband and settle down. Three male friends of the late husband conspire to find partners for both women, scheming behind their backs to set up dates with likely partners, starting first with the daughter and then her mother. A female friend of Ayako agrees to help the trio in their cunning plan.
