Vandana and his wife Aby are professional volleyball players. He is poised to coach a team of inmates from a nearby prison but is involved in an accident which consigns Vandana to a hospital bed. Rather than cancel the initiative, Aby takes her husband's place and attempts to mould the ragtag group of prisoners into a cohesive unit. At first, the men are resistant to being led by a woman but as they bend to Aby's strong will, the inmates discover a sense of camaraderie and inner strength.
