A menacing Ice Cream Man plies sweet treats to moppets in a picture-postcard community and the sprinkles-laden confections transform greedy youngsters into axe-wielding homicidal maniacs. In no time at all, most of the tykes in town are ganging up to slaughter parents, teachers and anyone who stands in their path. Unaffected locals Chris, Lizzie, Jared, Mia and Tommy attempt to outrun the horde before they become part of the murderous meltdown.
