Himmatwala

An honest temple pujari witnesses a murder and agrees to give evidence in court against the powerful landlord responsible for the heinous crime. Unfortunately, the landlord bribes his way to freedom then ruins the pujari’s reputation. In desperation, the pujari commits suicide, leaving behind a wife and son. The boy moves to Mumbai but returns many years later to wreak revenge on the despicable landlord.
