High school teacher Dan Dunne is a favourite with the students – handsome, ebullient and charming, he is both a mentor and a friend, not least as coach on the basketball court. However, Dan hides a terrible secret: he is addicted to drugs and often lights up in the toilets at school. When one of his teenage students, Drey, finds him in a drug-addled stupor, Dan is forced to place his trust in the girl in the hope she won’t expose his vices to the school authorities.
