Simon and his wife Amy live in the Welsh mountains in an old farmhouse, which has seen better days. They hire five builders to renovate the property, consigning foreman Bob, his nephew Steve, Dave, Jim and Ukrainian immigrant Viktor to ramshackle accommodation. Tensions simmer between the builders, inflamed by Jim and Simon's poor treatment of the crew. As storm clouds gather over the farm, tempers fray with devastating repercussions.
