A 20th anniversary rerelease of John Lasseter's turbo-charged animation. Rookie race car Lightning McQueen is en route to competing in the big Piston Cup Championship in California when he is unexpectedly diverted to the sleepy town of Radiator Springs. The locals, including rusty tow truck Mater, a wise ole 1951 Hudson Hornet called Doc Hudson and a pretty 2002 Porsche called Sally, welcome Lightning with open bonnets and help him realise that there is much more to life than championship trophies and burnin' rubber on the highways.
