Siva lives with his parents, brother and younger sister. He is carefree and contented, and nurtures a passion for film which stems back to his childhood when he used to go to the local cinema with his best friend Kumar. While Kumar becomes a celebrated film director, Siva remains in his hometown and leases the local cinema, where he screens second-run pictures. Fate leads Siva to Chennai where he is reunited with Kumar on a journey of self-discovery.
