Documentary which travels to the Arctic Circle in Finnish Lapland to spend a year in the company of two brothers, who manage the country’s last herd of wild reindeer. Aarne and Lasse Aatsinki live with their wives and children and make their living as cowboys in this somewhat inhospitable wilderness. The bond between these men and Mother Nature is strong and Aarne and Lasse have an intimate understanding of the landscape and the animals, which sustain them from one season to the next.
