David Hasselhoff has been spotted having a ‘huge tantrum’ over the state of his career.

The 55-year-old star – a judge on US TV show America’s Got Talent – was seen berating his agent in a foul-mouthed rant over lunch in the Beverley Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge restaurant on Friday afternoon (16.11.07), before stunning onlookers by storming out.
One fellow diner told the New York Post newspaper: ‘It was amazing. Everyone could hear that he was in a bad mood and complaining bitterly about the sort of jobs he has been offered lately.
‘The fact that he was having a huge tantrum was bad enough, but when he just got up and stormed out everyone was sitting there open-mouthed.’
Hasselhoff’s publicist Judy Katz confirmed the former Baywatch star had lunch in the Polo Lounge with his agent, but firmly denied an argument took place. Meanwhile, Hasselhoff and his 15-year-old daughter Hayley have revealed their joy at her becoming a plus-size model.
He said: ‘When I first saw pictures of her after Ford Models gave her the contract I just thought, ‘She has got it.’ You either have it or you don’t.’
However, Hayley, who recently lost 20lbs, is not letting success go to her head. She added to Access Hollywood: ‘It is not like you should put somebody on a pedestal because they are a model. I don’t look at myself as different than a homeless person. You treat them with the same respect.’
