The Sex and the City actress – who recently revealed she had secretly fought breast cancer – is said to have undergone the operation at New York’s Roosevelt Hospital earlier this month. She was joined by co-star Kristin
Davis, who reportedly had surgery on her unsightly varicose veins.
A source told the New York Post: “Cynthia had a breast
augmentation and soon after, Kristin had the varicose veins on her legs removed. They both made sure they did it on the quietest day of the week.”
Cynthia’s representative has denied the story, while Kristin’s has refused to comment.
Earlier this year, Cynthia, 42, revealed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006 but decided to remain quiet as she didn’t want to deal with it in the public eye.
She said: “I went for a completely routine mammogram and I was contacted by my gynaecologist.
“She said, ‘Well I have some news, it’s not so great.’ I kept it secret because I didn’t want paparazzi at the hospital.”
Cynthia – who has two children, Samantha, 11, and five-year-old Charles, with ex-partner Danny Mozes – is currently in a lesbian relationship with Christine Marinoni.
