AMY WINEHOUSE had to report to West End Central police station yesterday (Thursday 5 March) to answer allegations she assaulted a fan last year.

In September 2008, Winehouse is alleged to have punched Sherene Flash at a Berkeley Square charity event when the dancer asked to be snapped alongside the Rehab singer.
Flash says that at first Winehouse okayed the photo op, but then changed tune and hit her in the eye, before yelling: “Life can’t go on, I can’t do this anymore.”
Winehouse is now set to appear before the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 17 March.
