Construction work in its early stages at Button House. Environmental protesters are camped outside, creating a headache for local MP Richard Move. Inside, it's business as usual for the resident spectres. A group of teenagers including foster child Jack break into the house, armed with a Ouija board. The curious interlopers unwittingly invite Julian to inhabit Jack's body. While the boy's ghostly form is condemned to reside at Button House, Julian leaves the grounds in the teenager's body.
