A comedy double-bill to mark the 125th anniversary of Stan Laurel’s birth. In Sons Of The Desert, Stan and Ollie excitedly prepare to travel to Chicago to attend the convention of their lodge. However, the friends must trick their wives into letting them go. In the 1932 short County Hospital, Ollie is consigned to a bed on a hospital ward and Stan pays him a visit laden with treats. Alas, Stan is powerless to resist the hard-boiled eggs and nuts, which were intended for his buddy.
