Underworld figure Milo has committed the cardinal sin of becoming addicted to the heroin that he peddles. Determined to get through rehab, Milo's concentration is diverted by the impending 25th birthday party of his daughter Milena, for whom he would do absolutely anything. When a huge drug deal doesn't unfold quite as planned, and Milo finds himself in possession of a consignment of 10,000 esctasy pills, he turns to a restaurant owner called Radovan to help clean up the problem. Unfortunately, Radovan's short temper and a predisposition to violence only land Milo is even deeper strife.
