Director Ann is preparing to make a film about the military-led killings of student demonstrators in October 1976 in Bangkok. She turns to middle-aged writer Taew for assistance, who took part in the ill-fated student demonstrations in the 1970s and has haunting first hand memories of the incident. As Ann interviews Taew, the monumental scale of the task ahead becomes frighteningly clear. Meanwhile, handsome model turned actor Peter arrives for a meeting with Ann to discuss the script.
