The 35-year-old actress, who announced earlier this year she was planning to reprise her role as Donna Martin, has now reneged on her deal after a reported dispute with producers over her salary.

Tori was said to be “furious” after learning her co-stars Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth would be earning between $35,000 and $50,000 an episode, while she would be paid $10,000 to $20,000.

An insider said: “Tori thought she deserved parity, and she’s got a point.”

Tori’s representative did not comment on the salary reports, but confirmed: “At this time, there are no plans for Tori to appear in the 90210 spin-off.”

When rumours surfaced about the new show, mother-of-two Tori revealed she was “excited” about the series, adding: “In some way, every show that followed 90210 was a remake of 90210. For the fans’ sake, I am really happy for them.”

Tori’s late father Aaron Spelling produced the original hit 90s TV show.
