Oliver Nolan is a homeless man, who quietly wanders the streets of Dublin, never causing trouble or threatening the public. He strikes up a friendship with a troubled teenager called Tommy and discovers that the young man's mother is a drug addict, who is heavily in debt to her dealer brother, Rudyard. Soon after, Oliver discovers that Tommy is dealing drugs for Rudyard and the homeless man uses his ability to blend into his surroundings to stalk the drug-dealing uncle and his gang.
