Adrian Edmondson plays Malvolio in Christopher Luscombe’s staging of the Bard’s comedy of mistaken identities and unrequited love, which was recorded live on the stage of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Identical twins Sebastian and Viola are shipwrecked off the coast of Illyria when their boat sinks during a terrifying storm. Washed up on shore on opposite sides of the island, not knowing whether the other is alive, the two siblings make their separate ways to the court of Count Orsino.
