Heather Mills plans to adopt

HEATHER MILLS has plans to adopt a baby.

The former wife of Sir Paul McCartney is thinking of sorting out a playmate for the couple's six-year-old Beatrice, but doesn't want to go the biological route on environmental grounds.

"I wouldn't have another child because the world is already too overpopulated," Mills, 42, told the Daily Express.

"But I might adopt one."

Celebrity adoption has become all the rage in recent years. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have adopted three children, while Madonna reportedly wants to add a second to her Malawi-born son.

However, the mother of all celebrity adopters is thought to be legendary semi-naked dancer Josephine Baker, who adopted a 'rainbow tribe' of kids from around the world in the 1950s.

Oh yes. The world is over populated. That's exactly why she won't have another child. Or is it because no one would ever in their right mind marry her, and having an illegitimate child would only worsen her reputation? She may have already ruined Beatrice's life. Why should she ruin another? I just read on another site that she tried hitting on Rick Parfitt Jr. of the RPJ Band. What a surprise that he said "no."
