MICHAEL JACKSON has hired The Incredible Hulk to get him fit for the This Is It series of concerts at the O2.
But Lou Ferrigno, who played the Hulk on TV in the late 70s and early 80s, can't put his bodybuilding skills to full use because Jackson doesn't fancy working with weights.
"Jacko refuses to lift weights," a source told The Sun. "He doesn't want to bulk up."
While the King of Pop doesn't want showy muscles, Ferrigno believes Jackson is comforted by the sight of his own abs and pecs.
"He feels safe with me, he feels protected," said Ferringno.
"He was nervous about people looking at him when he was training."
Jackson's first O2 gig is on O2 gig is on 13 July and the initial run of concerts goes through until the end of September, when he takes a break until early in the new year.
