Win tickets to Leona Lewis' 4th London show.
Due to overwhelming demand, singing sensation Leona Lewis has added three extra live dates on her first ever UK and Ireland arena tour.
The international superstar has already sold out dates in Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Glasgow, after fans quickly snapped up tickets to see Leona following the recent announcement of the tour dates.
As a result of the unprecedented demand, Leona has now added two new dates in Cardiff International Arena on the 5th and 6th July, and a further date at London's O2 on 18th June. Lucky fans with tickets to the shows can expect to be blown away when Leona starts her long-awaited tour in May 2010.
Speaking about touring Leona said: "I can't wait to get out on tour and see everyone, I'm really looking forward to putting on a great show. I had such a fun night at my recent show at the Hackney Empire and it's given me a real taste for it. Over the last few years I've had some amazing experiences and sung in some really interesting places but it's going to be great to be able to perform all my own material on my very own tour. It's a dream come true."
No stranger to performing live, Leona has given countless performances around the world at some of the most prestigious events on the planet, including Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday Concert at Hyde Park and representing Great Britain last year at the closing ceremony of the Beijing Olympics alongside Jimmy Paige and David Beckham. To date though, Leona is yet to tour live, which will make this tour another landmark occasion for the East London girl who leapt to fame in 2006 and has not looked back since.
Leona releases her brand new album Echo on November 16th. It is the highly anticipated follow-up to Leona's 2007 debut album Spirit, which took the world by storm, selling over six million copies globally. Along the way Leona earned herself countless award nominations and became the UK's biggest selling debut artist of 2007 and 2008. Echo promises big emotions, sweeping and widescreen melodies and spine tingling vocals. The album sees Leona teaming up with A-list writers and producers John Shanks, Max Martin and Ryan Tedder.
