7-Day Travelcard
The 7-Day Travelcard is perfect for short breaks. There are two types of 7-Day Travelcard: Peak and Off-Peak.
Peak 7-Day Travelcards are valid all day on each day of validity, and for any journey that starts before 04:30 on the day following the expiry date. It is valid for travel across all of London (Zones 1-6) or restricted to certain zones only (Zones 1-2 / 1-3 / 1-4 / 1-5). Prices depend on the number of zones you need for your Tube, DLR or National Rail travel.

Off Peak 7-Day Peak Travelcards are valid from 09:30 Mondays to Fridays, (all day Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), on each day of validity and for any journey that starts before 04:30 on the day following the expiry date. It is valid for travel across all of London (Zones 1-6) or restricted to certain zones only (Zones 1-2 / 1-3 / 1-4 / 1-5). Prices depend on the number of zones you need for your Tube, DLR or National Rail travel.

Please note: if the three days you choose to travel include a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it may be cheaper for you to buy a combination of Day Travelcards.
Oyster Cards
For locals and frequent visitors to London Oyster Cards are an essential tool to get around the capital. They are re-usable, can be topped at any time and if you lose your card you can get a credit back. For single journeys, the Oyster Card is much cheaper than purchasing individual tickets at the machine.
It costs £3 to activate your card and they can be purchased with a range of pre-brought credits (e.g. £10, £15, £20, £40 or £50)

If you are not resident in one of these countries you will not be able to purchase visitor tickets in advance.
