Cooper and his daughter Riley attend a concert of red-hot pop star Lady Raven, blissfully unaware they are stumbling into the middle of an elaborate plot. During a visit to the concessions stand, Cooper discovers that police have set a trap to apprehend a serial killer dubbed The Butcher. Cooper is this cunning predator and once he learns of the authority’s plan, he hurriedly calculates an audacious escape while still protecting his daughter from the harrowing truth.

On her way home from the birth via New York’s subway system, Eden meets actor Claude and they sleep together. He subsequently ghosts Eden and when a pregnancy test confirms her nagging intuition, she proceeds with the pregnancy with Dawn as steadfast support.
