This eagerly-awaited film wholly created by the Chinese is an ambitious, one-of-a-kind spectacle that took three years to make and attracted a dream team of stars from China, Japan, and Korea. Headed by South Korean film star Dong-Kun Jang as Kunlun, Japanese superstar Hiroyuki Sanada (Speed Racer, The Last Samurai) as The General of the Crimson Armour, Cecilia Cheung as Princess Qingcheng, winner of Hong Kong’s Gold Statue award Nicholas Tse as Wuhuan, Hong Chen (Together With You) as the ethereal Goddess Manshen and Gold Horse Prize winner Ye Liu (Curse of the Golden Flower), as the world’s fastest assassin Snow Wolf.

Renowned Japanese CG artist Masago Kimiya worked hand-in-hand with Oscar-winning art director Tim Yip (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), to evoke a world of Asian magic and wonders.
